The Utah Republican Party State Central Committee governs the affairs of the Utah Republican Party (URP). The number of representatives, elected in odd-numbered years at the Cache County Republican Party Organizing Convention, is set by the URP. County Chairs and Vice Chairs are automatic members by virtue of their office.
